  • Once you are registered user of ours, your business identifiers, contacts, characteristics, your employee data, business web, user stats, your business energy data, business energy source and your business energy end use.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To analyse your energy data
  • To provide you the services we offer from RE24
  • To provide best customer service to you

We also receive your business energy information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • From third parties who generate and supply energy to you

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you best customer service and RE24 services.

Your information is securely stored in server spaces purchased by RE24.

We keep your personal and business information as above listed for duration of your business operations with us and a period, as appropriate, after. We will then dispose your information by securely deleting that data from our server space.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
